All rooms include a king-size bed (200x200cm), sofa bed, Francis Francis coffee machine with Illy coffee, daily refilled minibar, flat-screen TV with Netflix, laptop-sized safe, and air conditioning. Bathrooms feature showers, make-up mirrors, hair dryers, and French cosmetics. Bathrobes and slippers are provided.

The Coffee and Wine Bar serves a small breakfast, lunch menu, and items from the Fabrika menu. It offers over 200 wines, rums, whiskies, cocktails, and draught beer including house brew. Fabrika The Beer Pub provides house-made specialties, Fabrika burgers, and international cuisine. Breakfast buffet includes Slovakian specialties, cereals, fresh fruits, vegetables, ham, and cheese for 20€. Small breakfast is available daily from 08:00.

Located in Stare Mesto, 350m from the Presidential Palace, 800m from Main Railway Station, and 1km from Old Town. Nearby landmarks include Bratislava Castle, St Michael's Gate, and Shopping Mall Eurovea. From Main Bus Station, take trolleybus 206, 208, or bus 21 to stop SAV (350m walk). From Main Train Station, walk 800m along Stefanikova street or take bus 93 to stop SAV.
